Show Notes

Every family member has their own kind of personality– and with those different personalities, there is bound to be some conflict no matter how much love and respect there is between everyone. The same can be said for ourselves; the different parts of ourselves.

In this episode, I’m joined by Tammy Sollenberger, a licensed clinical mental health counselor and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Certified Supervisor. With a Masters in Arts and Marriage and Family Counseling, Tammy has served as a community support therapist and worked closely with those that struggle with mental illness.

So if you’re looking into what the IFS can do to help you, be sure to listen in as Tammy shares with us her experience using the model!
